International Duties and/or Taxes
Duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees, which vary by country and depend on the value of the order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
Tracking Number
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. The tracking number will be sent via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please wait at least 12 hours for the tracking information to be updated before checking the status of your shipment.
Delayed Delivery
In the event of a delayed delivery, we will make every effort to get your package to you as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible or provide refunds if the shipment is delayed due to the fault of our couriers (DHL and FedEx) or customs clearance delays.
Lost Package
For delivery or tracking issues, the easiest and quickest way to get a solution is to contact the shipping company directly. Sometimes carriers mark shipments as "delivered" too early or require more information from you to complete the shipment.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100, and a $30 shipping fee for orders under $100.
