Return Policy

First, here's some helpful information:
This return policy applies only to items in new condition and only to orders placed within the last 30 days.
Clearance items (as described in the collection) are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom printed items are not eligible for return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item and wish to exchange it, please contact customer service by phone or email as these situations are not covered by this return policy.
Each credit card transaction processed through our website incurs a processing fee equal to a percentage of the total transaction amount. This includes every purchase and every refund, so the processing fee for return orders is almost twice as much. In order to recover these funds, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all return orders. This fee will not be waived.
We do not provide return shipping. We also do not refund any shipping fees you paid when placing an order. These funds were used to ship your order to you and are therefore non-refundable.
We do not accept exchanges. If the item you ordered does not fit your intended use, you may return it in accordance with our return policy and reorder a more suitable item.
